If you are homeless, or are threatened with being homeless, complete the housing options enquiry form and we will contact you to book an appointment.
You should complete the housing form if you are homeless today or will become homeless in the next 56 days.
Ensure you have read and understood the application process before you begin.
We are unable to provide housing to everyone who is homeless. In the first instance, we will work with you to prevent homelessness and help you find suitable accommodation. We will offer advice about your housing options and create a personalised housing plan with you.
You should be aware that if we do have a full duty to assist you with housing it may take several years before you are offered a settled home.
If you are aged under 18 and homeless you should not complete this form. You should contact Children Services on 020 8871 7899.
If you are at immediate risk of domestic abuse or violence and have nowhere safe to stay tonight you should not complete this form at home. You should contact us on 020 8871 6840, or you should attend:
Housing Reception Centre
90 Putney Bridge Road
Wandsworth
SW18 1HR
The office is open between 9am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) and we will get you to complete the form in the safety of our offices and provide you with a same day appointment. Outside of these hours you should contact 020 8871 6000.
Once you have submitted your form, we will contact you to discuss your application and arrange a time for an appointment.
